do most cities have similar locks on the ads? Or are those dimensions only for NYC?

The best part about that is any passers-by who see someone changing the ad inside of the box will assume that it's their job because they have access to the inside of the box. So you could change it in broad daylight, like they do in the video, and nobody would say anything.

I found it cool that he somewhat times when he would put the ads up so they saem less conspicuous.
